How can I book a Casa?
Select your preferred Casa and enter your travel dates through the booking form. You will see the next steps before completing your request or reservation.
How do I check availability?
Each Casa page contains an availability calendar. Select your intended arrival and departure dates to check whether the accommodation is available.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation and completed any required payment step. Please review your confirmation carefully before arranging your journey.
Can I contact you before booking?
Of course. Contact Katti and Rob if you need help choosing a Casa or have a question about your stay. WhatsApp is generally the quickest way to reach us.
Prices and payments
Where can I find the current prices?
Seasonal prices and minimum-stay requirements are shown on each Casa page. Your booking summary will show the applicable amount for your selected dates.
Is an advance payment required?
Any required advance payment, its due date and the remaining balance will be stated during booking and in your confirmation. Read our payment terms for the complete payment procedure.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The amount that may be refunded depends on the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking. Please read our cancellation policy before confirming your stay.
How are refunds handled?
Eligible refunds are handled according to the conditions of your booking. The applicable method and timing are explained in our refund policy.
Arrival and departure
What time are check-in and check-out?
Your confirmed arrival and departure times will be included in your booking information. See our check-in and check-out guide for the complete arrival procedure.
How will I receive the arrival instructions?
We will send the practical arrival information before your stay. It will explain how to reach the Finca and access your Casa. Keep these instructions available while travelling.
Do you need details from every guest?
Spanish accommodation regulations may require information from guests staying at the property. We explain what is needed and how it is processed in our guest registration information.
Will Katti and Rob be nearby?
Yes. We live at the Finca and are available when practical help is needed. At the same time, we respect the privacy and independence of every guest.
Staying at Mariposa
Does every Casa have a private pool?
Yes. Each of the four Casas has its own private pool, terrace and barbecue area. Visit the individual Casa pages for photos, amenities and accommodation-specific details.
Are the Casas suitable for parties?
No. Finca Mariposa is intended for peaceful holidays surrounded by nature. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Please read the house rules before booking.
What should I know about safety?

Which languages do you speak?
Katti and Rob can communicate with guests in English, German, Dutch and Spanish.
